Things to do before sending Technical Service
Charge the device for at least 20 minutes.
Make sure there is no problem with the charger.
Look at the issues in the Articles -> Software section.
Fill in the Service Registration Form.
Make sure that you pack it in such a way that it will not be harmed when sending your product.
You can use the Service Status Query page to track the status of your device on the server.
