REFUNDS AND RETURN PAYMENT CONDITIONS
How many return days?
You may return seven (7) days from the date of delivery on installment sales, and fourteen (14) days from distance sales, regardless of the destruction of the products you generally buy, the use of the product, and the remanufacturing of the product.
What are the return conditions?
Below you will find the items that should be complete in the products you send to return. If any of them is missing, the product is not accepted.
• Product bill,
• Items to be returned within the legal period must be delivered complete, undamaged, together with the box, package, and standard accessories, if any.
In some categories, however, different conditions of return may be applied depending on the nature of the products and services.
Unpacked products can not be returned in any way except that the product is defective.
Telephone: In order to be able to return a mobile phone within the legal time limit, the following conditions must be observed in addition to the General Return Policy:
• The transparent protective tape present on the product screen must not be removed.
• If the original box of the product is in its packaging, the standard accessories must be complete and undamaged.
Below are some problems you may encounter and information about what you should do under these circumstances:
1- Incorrect order delivery address ...
All purchases you have made are not available at the delivery address you gave
if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect, (no street, apartment or house), or if the buyer is not resident in the destination and is not recognized by the building residents,
In the event that the cargo company authorities can not reach you by telephone, your telephone, fax and e-mail channels that you gave during the membership by our customer service officer will be contacted and you will be requested to correct the address information.
Our company accepts no liability for delays due to the time it takes to reach you for correcting the incorrect delivery address.
2- Addressing your missing or defective product ...
It is the responsibility of our responsible service understanding to ensure that all of your ordered products are handed over to you in full and working condition. If for some reason we are not able to provide you with a delivery of a product that is incomplete or different according to the amount specified in your invoice, you must immediately return the package to the carrier's witness. You need to sign the package with your cargo item and be absolutely sure whether the package you have checked out has been opened before you.
We can supply the products that you are missing in such a situation as soon as possible and reach your address. In this case, you do not have to pay any additional shipping charges.
Please note that if you do not do this and you receive the products, you will accept that you have lost your right to return all products after leaving the cargo item.
3- Delivery of damaged product to your address ...
It is the responsibility of our responsible service understanding to ensure that all of your ordered products are handed over to you in full and working condition. For some reasons not at our disposal, if the delivered product is visibly damaged, you must take delivery of the package immediately and bear it on the witness of the cargo person. You need to sign the package with your cargo item and be absolutely sure whether the package you have checked out has been opened before you.
If you encounter such a situation, you can return the damaged product directly to the shipping agent that came with the invoice. A pair of damaged product will be supplied as soon as possible and will be sent to our address free of charge.
Please note that if you do not do this and you take delivery of other products outside the damaged product, you will be deemed admitted in advance that you have lost the right to return all the products after leaving the address.
